Downtown Moves is a celebration of visual art, dance and music, organized and put on by youth from Studio 393 in downtown Winnipeg. Live performances by hundreds of youth will take place during the 4 hour program at Portage Place Mall. The event is FREE and the general public is welcome to attend!
