A youth arts festival created by and run by young people ages 13-29. The week consists of free workshops, arts programming created by youth, theatre shows, dance shows, panel talks, concerts, discussions, new work and a youth arts gallery! Downtown Moves is a celebration of visual art, dance and music, organized and put on by youth from Studio 393 in downtown Winnipeg. Live performances by hundreds of youth will take place during the 4 hour program at Portage Place Mall. The event is FREE and the general public is welcome to attend!
