Starting in 2016, on the first weekend of May, the City of Brampton will host a literary festival that celebrates diverse authors and stories. The first day of the festival will focus on topics that are important and relevant to youth -- including spoken word artists and emerging authors that are addressing the issues that affect our marginalized communities.
