Event: Man in the City Project

During the upcoming National Youth Arts Week in Windsor Ontario, public artist John Sauvé, the artist behind the Man in the City Project, brings sculpture making to the Windsor Youth Centre. Through active art making, the youth with conceive, develop and complete their own Man in the City sculptures under the guidance of Sauvé. Following the production of the sculptures the pieces will be exhibited in various indoor locations throughout the city of Windsor. Upon completion of the sculpture’s public exhibition, there will be a closing reception open to the public hosted by the City Cyclery in Olde Walkerville.
